Shipping & Delivery
All orders will be ship via UPS or USPS. Shipping is only available to within the United States. Orders shipped to Hawaii or Alaska may incur additional shipping charges. In the event of an increase in shipping charges, the customer will be notified and the order will not be shipped until we recieve confirmation that the customer is aware of the additional charge. The customer may, at their discretion, continue, amend, or cancel the order. All purchases will be shipped within 24 hours, and orders recieved by 12:00pm EST will be shipped the same day. Please allow 3-5 days for delivery to most addresses. Customers will receive an email confirmation that their order has shipped containing tracking information for the order. Certain purchases may qualify for free shipping.

Returns & Replacements
Our return policy is fairly simple. If you are unsatisfied with the product or in the unlikely event the product is defective you may return the product and recieve a full refund. If the product is damaged in shipping simply mark it return to sender and we will replace it. All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the delivery date. The customer will be reimbursed the return shipping costs up to an amount equal to their original shipping costs along with the refund. Payment is due before the order is shipped, however customers with an account are free to build their orders over time saving them in their shopping carts until they are ready for them to be shipped, and making the payment at that time. Customers will recieve an invoice by email to confirm their order. All payments are processed through a third party vendor.
